Fully automaticcup mask production line as the core production equipment for labor masks (such as FFP3, KN95) and medical masks, its performance directly affects product quality and production efficiency. First, clear production requirements, matching equipment features

1. Product type and certification standards 

   Mask type: Cup mask machine is mainly used for the production of FFP2/FFP3 (European standard), KN95 (national standard) and other high protection masks. It is necessary to confirm whether the equipment supports the composite process of multi-layer filter materials (e.g. meltblown cloth, activated carbon layer) and meets the filtration efficiency requirements of different standards (e.g. FFP3 needs to be ≥99%). 

   Certification suitability: if the production of medical masks, the equipment needs to comply with medical device production standards (such as GMP), and support the production of products in line with GB 19083-2010 (medical protective masks), YY 0469-2011 (medical surgical masks) and other standards. 

 

2. Production capacity and automation degree

   Daily output requirements: select the equipment capacity according to the order size. For example, the daily output of a single machine of the mid-range model is about 50,000~80,000 pieces, and the high-end model can reach more than 100,000 pieces. 

   Automation module: Priority is given to equipment that integrates automatic feeding, ultrasonic welding, visual inspection and other functions to reduce manual intervention and improve the yield rate (≥99.5%). 

 

Second, the core equipment parameters and technical verification

1. ultrasonic system 

   Welding accuracy: ultrasonic system is the key to the molding of cup-shaped mask, need to ensure the stability of the welding head (transducer), welding current fluctuation range of ≤ 5%, to avoid false welding or over-welding resulting in insufficient airtightness of the mask. 

   Compatibility test: Manufacturers are required to demonstrate the welding effect of different materials (e.g. non-woven fabrics, nose strips, ear straps) on site to ensure uniform bonding between filter material layers. 

 

2. Transmission and Airway System

   Transmission stability: check whether gears, chains and other transmission parts are made of wear-resistant materials and whether the lubrication system is equipped with automatic refueling function to avoid downtime due to mechanical wear. 

   Air sealing: equipment pneumatic components (such as cylinders) should pass the air leakage test to ensure stable air pressure and reduce the risk of production interruption. 

 

3. Mold and size adaptability 

   Multi-size support: the equipment should be equipped with replaceable molds to support the production of different cup sizes such as S/M/L, to adapt to the needs of different face shapes. 

   Quick mold change design: Modular mold switching time should be controlled within 30 minutes to enhance the flexibility of the production line.

Third, quality control capability

   The equipment needs to be high-precision, real-time detection of the nose strip, ear band welding strength and other key parts, to eliminate the flow of defective products with unsightly welding. 

    Data traceability function: support production data (such as pressure, temperature) record and export, to facilitate quality traceability and process optimization.

 

After-sales service and long-term maintenance

1. Technical support and training

   Operation training: the manufacturer should provide a complete operation manual and on-site training, covering equipment debugging, troubleshooting, etc., to reduce the risk of misuse. 

   Remote maintenance: choose the model that supports remote diagnosis to shorten the fault response time. 

 

2. Spare parts supply and cost 

   List of wearing parts: Get the replacement cycle and price of wearing parts such as ultrasonic welding head and cutter in advance to evaluate the long-term maintenance cost. 

   Localized service: Give preference to manufacturers with after-sales outlets in the target market to ensure the maintenance time.
